Mortex Color
Composed of different natural limes, different very high-performance clinkers, natural binding agents and acrylate polymers (in the mixing liquid) in a proportion and according to a formula that is a jealously guarded secret, the Mortex Color coating hardens particularly by polymerisation. It reaches 90% of its final hardness after only a few days, according to the ambient conditions.

Manufacturing
For over 35 years BEAL® has been a manufacturer of specialised products for the construction industry (contemporary or restoration). BEAL® attaches very particular importance to the quality of its products.
To do this, numerous checks and tests are carried out during and at the end of manufacturing. The choice of machines and supervisors is imperative. Every person working at BEAL® is personally involved and responds with his performance. The customer must be satisfied with the products that he uses.
In order to offer a response to the different specific problems encountered in buildings, BEAL® has developed a very wide
range, the “BEAL PRODUCTS” range, comprising sixty or so products:
- CAPILASIL: Colourless water repellents for façades and for the treatment of rising damp.
- MORTEX: Special sealing, decoration and repair mortars.
- TADBEALAKT: Taddelakt manufactured by BEAL® with no cement, no resin and no clinker, true Taddelakt.
- AND ALSO: façade cleaners, strippers, surface hardeners, concrete and mortar additives, protective products for foundations, anti-moss and anti-rust, very high performing floor degreasers, various cleaners.
IN 2010 BEAL INCREASED ITS MANUFACTURING AND STORAGE AREA.

All the raw materials are analysed before use to guarantee the excellent quality of our production.
Every action involving an operation at production level of one of our formulas is always carried out by two people. Each of these
actions is overriding to ensure a consistent quality in our manufacturing.
At each production, a product sample is tested before putting the batch on sale which will always bear a number allowing us to
trace the product if necessary.
