CAPILASIL® - Surface damp
The range of surface water repellents includes our water repellents:
CAPILASIL®, Capilasil® 3/5, Capilasil® PB et Capilasil® HEH2O ECO.
These products in the Capilasil® range are colourless impregnating agents which enable materials to be made water-repellent
and be protected while retaining their permeability to steam.
Based on dearomatised solvents, CAPILASIL®, Capilasil® 3/5 and Capilasil® PB offer the advantage of being much less
noxious and almost odourless.
In this range you will also find HEH2O ECO in aqueous phase and still based on premium-quality siloxanes. BEAL® is conscious of respect for the environment and research is always pointed in this direction. And that is why the BEAL® team has decided to sell the water-based Capilasil® HEH2O ECO at the most competitive price to allow the most ecological solutions to emerge victorious from price comparisons (with equal quality).
Application
The products in the Capilasil® range devoted to surface damp-proofing are applied liberally by spray gun or brush to saturation,
working from bottom to top and allowing it to flow along the façade.
The BEAL® technical team recommends an application in layers “fresh on fresh” in most cases to obtain a better penetration of
the product.
Characteristics
The formulations of the Capilasil® range vary depending on the nature and porosity of the base. In addition the application conditions (ex.: dry or damp base) will suggest an appropriate solution thanks to a Capilasil® characteristic.

Usage: 1L/1-3 m² for masonry and 1L/3-6 m² for concrete.
Product tested by the C.S.T.C. within the scope of surface waterproofing (Report HD-340/133-83).
Packaging
All the products in the Capilasil® range are available in 5 and 25 litre drums.
