Additives, admixtures concretes and mortars

ADHECRYL
Adhesive for concretes and mortars based on acrylic resins in very high concentration (approx. 50%).
Avoids too rapid drying out (desiccation). For pointing, laying floor tiles, repairs, levelling screeds, etc. Suitable for concrete to be poured under water.

Dosage: 1 to 10 % of the weight of the cement
ADHECRYL 2000
Adhesive for concretes and mortars based on acrylic resins (approx. 25%). Avoids too rapid drying out (desiccation). For pointing, laying floor tiles, repairs, levelling screeds, etc.

Dosage: 5 to 20 % of the weight of the cement
ADHEPOL
Adhesive for concretes and mortars based on polyvinyl acetates in very high concentration (approx. 50%). Avoids too rapid drying out (desiccation). For pointing, laying floor tiles, repairs, levelling screeds, etc. Causes a greater delay in setting than with ADHECRYL but is less resistant over time to water and damp (saponification).

Dosage: 1 to 10 % of the weight of the cement
ADHEPOL 2000
Adhesive for concretes and polyvinyl acetate-based mortars (approx. 25%). Avoids too rapid drying out (desiccation). For pointing, laying floor tiles, repairs, levelling screeds, etc. Delays setting longer than with ADHECRYL 2000 but is less resistant over time to water and damp (saponification).

Dosage: 5 to 20 % of the weight of the cement

BEALCRYL
Mixing liquid for ME2, and MRC. Enhances all the properties of the Mortex® products.

Usage: 1 L per 5 kg of MORTEX® POWDER; 5 L per 25 kg of MORTEX® POWDER
BEALCRYL 2
Mixing liquid for ME3, MC2, and MRC. Enhances all the properties of the Mortex® products.

Usage: 1 L per 5 kg of MORTEX® POWDER; 5 L per 25 kg of MORTEX® POWDER
BEALFLEX
Mixing liquid for ME, MC, and MRC. Enhances the properties of crack bridging (up to 0.5 mm with a mesh) and elongation of the mortar (up to 5% elongation).

Usage: 1.5 L per 5 kg of MORTEX® POWDER; 7.5 L per 25 kg of MORTEX® POWDER
BEALELAST
Mixing liquid for ME, MC, and MRC. Enhances the properties of crack bridging and elongation of the mortar.

Usage: 1.5 L per 5 kg of MORTEX® POWDER; 7.5 L per 25 kg of MORTEX® POWDER

HYDROFUGE CE
Waterproofing compound for mortar. The pores are filled by the formation of insoluble crystals. For tank linings, completely waterproof cementing and for pointing. To be mixed with the mixing water.

Dosage: 1.5 to 3 % of the weight of the cement, i.e. 0.75 L to 1.5 L per bag/cement.
SILEFUGE
Waterproofing compound specially for repointing. Does not fill the pores: acts solely on the surface tension differences so the pores remain open. Highly recommended for cement work for protection against nitrates. To be mixed with the mixing water.

Dosage: 3 to 5 % of the weight of the cement but this usage can be increased up to 10 %.
HYDROFUGE TM 1501 TYPE DM
Waterproofing compound for concrete. Increases the waterproofing by suppressing capillary absorption.

Dosage: 0.5 to 1 % of the weight of the cement.

SUPER FLUIDIFIANT OFT-III
Very powerful thinning agent improving the workability of the concrete. Can be used as a thinning agent or as a water-reducing plasticiser.
FBE3
Liquid for Mortex®. Increases the fluidity of the mixture and improves the workability.

Usage: 11 to 22 ml per 5 kg of MORTEX® POWDER; 55 to 110 ml per 25 kg of MORTEX® POWDER

SETTING RETARDER TM TYPE K
Retarder for concretes. Delays the setting of concretes up to 50 hours, according to dosage, type of cement and temperature. Preliminary tests recommended.

Usage: approx. 0.2 to 1.5 % of the weight of the cement.
SETTING RETARDER TM TYPE FT
Retarder for mortar. Increases the workability of the mortar (max. 36 hours) depending on the dosage, type of cement and temperature. Preliminary tests recommended.

Usage: approx. 0.2 to 1 % of the weight of the cement.
RBE3
Liquid for Mortex®. Delays the setting of the product in the event of high temperatures.

Usage: 8 to 40 ml per 5 kg of MORTEX® POWDER; 40 to 200 ml per 25 kg of MORTEX® POWDER

ANTIGEL TM 1007
Antifreeze agents and setting accelerants for concrete and mortar. Can be used for ready-mix concrete.

Dosage: 0.5 to 1 % of the weight of the cement.
ANTIGEL TM 1011 SC
Antifreeze agents and setting accelerants for concrete and mortar.

Usage: from 0.5 % to 1.5 % of the weight of the cement according to the temperature (to -8°C)

AIR + TR
Transparent air leading agent with a plasticising action for concrete and mortar. Very concentrated, to be mixed with the mixing water.

Dosage:
Mortar: 50 cc per bag/cement, i.e. 1 L for 20 bags/cement.
Concrete: 20 cc per bag/cement, i.e. 1 L for 50 bags/cement.

CURING TR
Transparent curing compound. Dearomatised solvent-based “anti-evaporating” product for the purpose of countering the evaporation of the water of the mortars and concretes. Avoids the formation of shrinkage cracks.
